Grand Reopening '£10k Giveaway' | Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility:
1.1 The in-store voucher giveaway is open to any individual who makes a purchase at any branch of Louis Boyd Menswear between 09.00 on 15th June 2023 and 21.00 on 21st June 2023.
1.2 The online voucher giveaway is open to any individual who makes a purchase on our website (“www.louisboyd.com” or “www.lousboyd.co.uk” or “www.louisboyd.ie” or “www.louisboyd.eu”) between 09.00 on 15th June 2023 and 21.00 on 21st June 2023.
1.3 The Instagram and Facebook giveaways are open to any user of the respective platform during the Entry Period, provided the winning users can travel to our Mill Street, Newry store to collect their vouchers.
2. Entry Period:
2.1 The Entry Period begins at 9:00 AM on 15th June 2023 and ends at 9:00 PM on 21st June 2023 ("Entry Period").
2.2 All entries must be received within the Entry Period to be eligible for consideration.
3. Entry Requirements:
3.1 To enter the giveaway, participants must do one of the following:
- Make a purchase at any Louis Boyd Menswear store, during the Entry Period and retain the purchase receipt as proof of purchase.
- Make a purchase on our website (“www.louisboyd.com” or “www.lousboyd.co.uk” or “www.louisboyd.ie” or “www.louisboyd.eu”) during the Entry Period.
- Follow the Louis Boyd Instagram page (@louis_boyd), comment on the 10k Giveaway post tagging two other profiles and share the 10k Giveaway post on their story during the Entry Period.
- Follow the Louis Boyd Facebook page (@LouisBoydMenswear), comment on the 10k Giveaway post tagging two other profiles and share the 10k Giveaway post on their feed during the Entry Period.
3.2 No minimum purchase amount is necessary.
3.3 Multiple entries are allowed, provided that each entry is accompanied by a separate proof of purchase.
4. How to Enter:
4.1 To enter, participants must submit their entry in one of the following ways:
4.1.1 In-store: Upon making a purchase during the Entry Period, fill out a card with your name and contact information, and submit it.
4.1.2 Online: All orders placed on the website during the Entry Period will be entered into the draw.
4.1.3 Instagram: Follow our page, tag two other users in the comments, and share on your story, as described in 3.1 above.
4.1.4 Facebook: Follow our page, tag two other users in the comments, and share on your feed, as described in 3.1 above.
4.1.5 Postal Entry: Send a legibly handwritten entry by post to 10k Giveaway, Louis Boyd, 58 Mill Street, Newry, BT34 1JG, including the participant's name, address, contact details, and a statement indicating the desire to enter the giveaway. Postal entries must be received by 19th June 2023 to be eligible.
4.2 No purchase is necessary for postal entries or social media entries.
4.3 Only one entry per stamped envelope is allowed for postal entries.
5. Prize Details:
5.1 A total of 41 vouchers will be given away.
5.2 The vouchers will be issued in the following denominations:
- 1 voucher worth £1,000.
- 10 vouchers worth £500 each.
- 10 vouchers worth £250 each.
- 10 vouchers worth £100 each.
- 10 vouchers worth £50 each.
5.3 The vouchers can only be redeemed in-store for eligible products.
5.4 The vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives.
6. Winner Selection:
6.1 The winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received.
6.2 The drawing will be conducted within 3 days after the Entry Period ends.
6.3 Winners will be notified via email, phone, or mail within 5 days after the drawing.
6.4 If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 3 days, an alternate winner may be selected.
7. Publicity:
7.1 By participating in the giveaway, winners agree to allow Louis Boyd Menswear to use their names, photographs, and general locations for promotional purposes without further compensation or permission.
8. Privacy:
8.1 Any personal information provided by participants will be used solely for the purposes of administering the giveaway and will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and Louis Boyd Menswear's privacy policy.
9. General Conditions:
9.1 Louis Boyd Menswear reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factors beyond its control impair the integrity or proper functioning of the giveaway.
9.2 Louis Boyd Menswear reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be tampering with the entry process or violating these terms and conditions.
9.3 Louis Boyd Menswear's decision regarding all matters related to the giveaway is final and binding.
9.4 The giveaway is subject to all applicable laws and regulations of Northern Ireland.
10. Voucher Selection and Redemption:
10.1 There shall be a separate pot for each of the following draws: in-store purchases, online orders, Facebook entries, and Instagram entries.
10.2 The draw for in-store purchases:
10.2.1 Customers who make a purchase in-store during the Entry Period and fill in a draw card are added to a pool of eligible entries.
10.2.2 A pot containing envelopes, each labeled with a specific brand and corresponding voucher value, will be prepared.
10.2.3 A suitable person will draw one customer from the eligible pool and one envelope from the pot.
10.2.4 The envelope will contain the brand name and the value of the voucher the customer has won.
10.2.5 The customer must present the winning voucher in-store to redeem it against eligible products.
10.2.6 The voucher can only be redeemed for its specified brand and value.
10.2.7 Vouchers are subject to any additional terms and conditions imposed by the brand or Louis Boyd Menswear.
10.3 The draw for online purchases:
10.3.1 Customers who make a purchase on our website during the Entry Period are added to a pool of eligible entries.
10.3.2 A voucher of value £250 (or Euro equivalent) will be prepared.
10.3.3 A suitable person will draw one customer from the eligible pool.
10.3.4 The voucher will be presented to the winning customer.
10.3.5 The customer must present the winning voucher online on our website to redeem it against eligible products.
10.3.6 The voucher can only be redeemed for its specified brand and value.
10.3.7 Vouchers are subject to any additional terms and conditions imposed by the brand or Louis Boyd Menswear.
10.4 The draw for Instagram entries:
10.4.1 Instagram users who successfully enter during the Entry Period are added to a pool of eligible entries.
10.4.2 Three vouchers, each of value £100, will be prepared.
10.4.3 A suitable person will draw one Instagram user from the eligible pool.
10.4.4 The voucher of £100 will be presented to the winning Instagram user.
10.4.5 In addition, the two Instagram users who were tagged in the winning comment will win a voucher of £50 each.
10.4.6 The customer must present the winning voucher in-store to redeem it against eligible products.
10.4.7 The voucher can only be redeemed for its specified brand and value.
10.4.8 Vouchers are subject to any additional terms and conditions imposed by the brand or Louis Boyd Menswear.
10.5 The draw for Facebook entries:
10.5.1 Facebook users who successfully enter during the Entry Period are added to a pool of eligible entries.
10.5.2 Three vouchers, each of value £100, will be prepared.
10.5.3 A suitable person will draw one Facebook user from the eligible pool.
10.5.4 The voucher of £100 will be presented to the winning Facebook user.
10.5.5 In addition, the two Facebook users who were tagged in the winning comment will win a voucher of £50 each.
10.5.6 The customer must present the winning voucher in-store to redeem it against eligible products.
10.5.7 The voucher can only be redeemed for its specified brand and value.
10.5.8 Vouchers are subject to any additional terms and conditions imposed by the brand or Louis Boyd Menswear.
These terms and conditions are specific to the Grand Reopening £10k Voucher Giveaway at Louis Boyd Menswear, 58 Mill Street, Newry, BT34 1AG, its associated website, and associated social media. They are subject to change or modification at any time at the discretion of Louis Boyd Menswear.
